Pros

Bathrooms, water, heat (sometimes), air (sometimes), chairs and computer, earned income credit due to lowest wages in the industry. I'm sorry but there isn't 20 pros to this job.

Cons

Everything that's not in the "pros" section. I'm not kidding. Birch isn't something you do FOR someone it's something you DO to someone. If they hired animals the humane society would have to shut them down. Try going to work everyday wondering if you will get laid off 6 months to 1 year after the layoffs supposedly ended. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone or anything.

Good people to work with. Management is lazy towards installation and customer service.

Management is lazy towards installation and customer service. The sales role is filled with preteens and wannabes slinging bandwidth and phones they can't deliver

Pros

I am current employee and been working for Birch/CBeyond for almost 3 years, there were some changes after the acquisition and shuck things a bit, but I can tell you that this is better than before, work-life balance is good, benefits, and the people are awesome. I've been seeing more and more people sent to training's which is something a company needs to invest on to keep their people and talent.

Cons

During the acquisition there was a lot of changes and fear in the environment, people started leaving because they did not want to adjust to the changes.
