      Good work-life balance and amazing colleagues. High value placed on professional growth - through both education and company advancement. Company is growing in a very positive direction with the new CEO and leadership, and there's lots of opportunity to really make a difference in the future of the company.

      Cons

      Transition to positive growth has been slow and sometimes painful, but the tide has turned and progress is being made.

      Pros

      The people that work at Birch are amazing. You can always count on your manager to help you out when you in need. The work and life balance is good. Overall great place start a career.

      Cons

      Some many changes at once. Some people don't really now how to sale there's products. Birch as a vast portfolio but nobody really push it to it full potential.
