      Pros

      Training is good. The people you work with are the best. Usually a good environment. Balance of work/family life is very nice.

      Cons

      Some members of management shouldn't be allowed to continue. They can cause a hostile work environment. Customers can be difficult and demanding at times that the fault lies in their own responsibility of equipment or premise wiring.

      Pros

      The people you work with make this job manageable. There are some great people at this company that seem to be getting ready to leave.

      Cons

      Management, not the type of people you want to be managing you. They have no direction and Atlanta can do whatever they want as far as stealing accounts. Your management will never have your back and the best you can hope for is a split in that situation. This combo with the fact that it is turning into a micromanaging environment every step of the way is a big factor in why people are leaving the company in droves.

      Pros

      I am current employee and been working for Birch/CBeyond for almost 3 years, there were some changes after the acquisition and shuck things a bit, but I can tell you that this is better than before, work-life balance is good, benefits, and the people are awesome. I've been seeing more and more people sent to training's which is something a company needs to invest on to keep their people and talent.

      Cons

      During the acquisition there was a lot of changes and fear in the environment, people started leaving because they did not want to adjust to the changes.
