Nice co-workers. Management is knowledgeable. Training is non stop, which is good for sales newbies.
Cons
Micro management to the extreme, which actually could be good for recent college grads. Comp plan sucks. If you hit under 39% of sold revenue in any given month, you make NO commission. You talk about a buzzkill. Also, if you find a huge account with as little as 1 analog line with Birch, you have to split it with inside sales. 10% of the direct outside reps make ALL of the $.. Everyone else makes no commission. It is an impossible job. Prices are obscenely high. No sweet spot in the market, which is why so many fail and the door is a revolving one. Never a lead, and if there is an account a manager closed, it is put up as a prize to the one who sets most appts in an in house day. Those who win
