Pros
Management was transparent about how they would treat the Cbeyond employees, making it easy to determine quickly that it was time to get the hell out.
Cons
Company spent no time trying to understand what they had acquired; assumed they knew best what they were doing and couldn't possibly learn anything from anyone there. Backwards from a technology perspective (likely don't even know about this site, or don't think potential hires use this new-fangled "inter-web"). Focused on cheap, and answering the phone quickly (not resolving issues quickly - would rather answer in 20 seconds, take call notes, and have someone else resolve the ticket later).
