      Pros

      Strong Leadership followed by a strong Marketing team. As a Sales person - like any company - it depends a lot on the accounts you get. Team use highend tools to get the best outcome. The company is on a roll and they try to do the right thing. Overall, a good place to work.

      If you don't like working in a competitive environment, then this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      I genuinely work with the most supportive team I’ve ever had. Everyone has each other’s backs, and I’d go to war for my managers. Truly these are the best leaders I’ve worked for. That said, Birdeye moves fast. Priorities can change quickly and expectations from Senior Leaders can be really high. It’s not always easy, but you’ll grow a ton if you’re the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. All in all, it’s been a great experience. Challenging? Absolutely. But also rewarding, energizing, and full of people who genuinely care.

      Not the type of environment where you can coast. This company requires someone who can handle the fast pace and is able to adapt quickly
