      Pros

      I'm working with some of the smartest people in the industry, who have a strong sense of collaboration, cross functionally. I love that we don't sit in silos and many people across different teams make an effort to get to know and help each other. This is the first place I've worked at where people want to work together to solve problems and not just try to put their own stamp on something.

      Cons

      Things move quickly but our processes sometimes can't keep up (specific to new product launches) but I'm sure we are working on improving them.

      Joined BirdEye recently and realized that its rocketship with lot of hard working and fast moving people. I'm liking it.
