Pros
I've worked in the software industry in large MNCs for more than a decade, and while I've been successful there's always been something missing. At BirdEye I feel like I've finally found what I've been looking for. I know that sounds like a strong statement but everything I've seen in engineering align so nicely. The talent on the team is amazing. I've worked with some smart engineers in the past, but the level of commitment and ownership here is impressive. The passion the entire team has and the pride they take in what we're doing is such a motivating. Most of the people are focused on getting work done. The lack of politics is definitely a plus. I'm looking forward to work here for many more years.

There is plenty of help if you ask, but if you're expecting a spoon feeding, this is not that place.
