      Not a lot of cons, but a lot of competition (which can be good in a way).

      Pros

      Competitive Pay. Work that gives you great exposure to real problems/challenges, fast. You learn on the job and learn fast. This is not a 9 to 5. You will get an opportunity to work with global teams filled with highly skilled people all working towards common goals.

      Cons

      It's definitely not for everyone. if you're looking for a 9 to 5 this is not a company for you. If you're looking for good work with real world exposure and responsibilities and accountability early on, you will do well and grow well.
