      Pros

      The energy is great - there's a massive market opportunity and you get direct impact on helping BirdEye reach that potential. I've never had a job where I felt so fulfilled in the difference I'm making.

      Cons

      You've got to be comfortable forging new ground and doing new things. This is a new company, a new industry... So you have to be comfortable with working in dynamic & autonomy.

      Exposure to sales force and amazing sales enablement tools. Exposure to sales cycle from a viewer prospective.

      Cons

      Training can be better to improve.
