      it's either sink or swim or you will get a manager who will want to help coach you

      low base salary that is hard to live within your means, comp plan is messed up/ you don't get what you deserve on commissions

      Pros

      From the moment I spoke with Alan Speicher, the recruiter, I could hear the excitement and enthusiasm in his voice. The same goes for every leader I've spoken to. It appears that this company has some great things in the works and very passionate employees.

      Cons

      Bootcamp seemed very rushed and there was a lot of downtime during the 1st month of training. The downtime could have been spent shadowing seasoned reps or practicing mock calls in order to be better prepared for the final presentation. I would definitely advise anyone who is considering to apply to put as much time on your leader's calendar or your mentor's calendar as possible especially if you are a hands on learner, rather than going through a bunch of modules and watching a bunch of sales calls.
