      Set you up for success: Monitor, laptop, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, wireless headset, and welcome box (has company merch) Onboarding is helpful and easy to learn Commission payout

      salary, but made up by the welcome box and set up they provide

      Mostly Great - Few Areas of Improvement Opportunity

      Pros

      Team as a whole is always willing to help you out. Robust resource library available to help with learning. For a mostly remote company, do a pretty good job of making you feel involved and part of the team. Options for 100% company paid benefits that are pretty decent. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      There is a little of "it's easy for me, why isn't it easy for you?!" from some of the higher ups. I think sometimes they forget that we don't all have the same amount of years experience on the software. Client load makes it tough to utilize the unlimited PTO at times.

      A close-knit team all pushing for ONE thing, success. For any sales person looking for a career path within the SaaS world, Birdeye has all the tools and support to ensure you are successful.

      Cons

      This is a fully remote company, which is not necessarily a con, but will require you to hold yourself accountable to ensure your success.
