      Pros

      I've been with Birdeye a little over a year and have really enjoyed being a part of the growth. We have a solid product that I can stand behind and enjoy being a part of this rocket ship. I always feel supported by my manager to do my job and knowing I'm with a stable company that isn't going anywhere is huge especially with all of the layoffs happening in our industry.

      Cons

      No real cons but it's a work hard, play hard culture so as long as you realize that we are in high growth mode and want to contribute to that you will excel!

      Pros

      The team has been incredibly supportive and is genuinely interested in your success. Birdeye provides a vital service for businesses and has many different facets you need to learn. The training, communication, and support system have been top-notch, so I feel comfortable speaking to clients about the best ways they can use the platform.

      Cons

      You will struggle if you tend to fly by the seat of your pants or don't have an excellent organizational structure. To-do lists will be your best friend so you don't get overwhelmed.
