1. Poor Management. 2. Confused Mangers. 3. Lack of technical people. 4. Poor infrastructure, shortage of lightening, water, coffee/tea vending machines, Printers. 5. No access to internet. 6. Poor housekeeping, poor cleanliness. 7. Poor working environment, unprofessional employees. 8 Poor HR and other supporting dept. 9. Employees are still getting P4 Machines with 512 Ram, Scroll mouse, CRT Moniter, Rented Poor H/W. 10. Crowded cubicles. 11. New joinees gets systems after one month. 13. No respect and value for employee.

no appriciations for the work done even if we get appreciations from the direct client, of course they have only client ..GE. time constraint..no matter what u have work or not u have to spend 9 hrs in stinking officce poor interiors, no seperate campus in one of the branches..hyderabad..only 6 floor building with one and only one coffee vending machine more infact all politics..if u have any manager known to u ..u can play ,rock do waht evr shift wise timing, no providence of cab...some times no shift allowaance even low resource spool maintaning less projects..infact all are support projs, tight timelines for releases of projects low professionalism, no healthier work environments..some times managers will scold u literaly even
