You will never progress at this company unless you’re an excellent brown noser. 95 percent of the employees feel taken advantage of. Management uses intimidation to urge employees to not report workplace injuries. Some employees haven’t had a raise in 7 to 9 years. Fixes numbers so they don’t have to pay bonuses.
