Pros

Hard work and determination does not go unnoticed. This company is very family-oriented. The atmosphere fosters learning and teaching. If you're an enthusiastic learner, work for this company. There's no shortage in experience. Know right questions to ask and when to ask them, and you'll most likely end up with much more than you bargain for. All the tools you need to learn anything are all available -- just ask. If you're experienced in your field, there's no shortage on challenges! You'll have fun solving problems here and your opinions about any matter are well received.

Cons

This company is very departmentally siloed which is a challenge in completing tasks that require multi-departmental effort. Don't expect to travel much in support or engineering. Working from home is not an option unless you're putting in extra hours.

Pros

I've learned countless technologies working for this company. The atmosphere is very laid-back and learning on the job is encouraged. The company is very understanding when it comes to personal problems, and they will support you in every way possible. They reward you for hard work and show appreciation. They treat employees like family.

Cons

Needs work on having formal processes/procedures. Some colleagues have had problems getting raises. The upper management will sometimes assume certain employee's are not contributing enough without actually having all of the facts.
