Pros

This is a growing, stable company that continues to add new locations year after year. The general managers and location leaders care about your development and getting you to the next level. There is a lot of learning they provide including a training library with over 400 courses you can take to advance in the company.

None, I do like working for the company and see myself working for them for many years to come

Your dog isn’t in a crate at home

Cons

They are dishonest in almost everything they do. Your dog can be attacked and you would never know to keep you as a customer. They keep certain dogs in crates even when they’re supposed to be on the track unbeknownst to the family. They talk bad about some of the dogs and pay less attention when needed. Management is racist and is overall awful.
