Not working their anymore and honestly no real pros to this company

Cons

All of management is absent, very little care or acknowledgment towards employees, constant display of disrespect towards its employees. Use intimidation to get what they want out of employees even when it is ethically wrong. Extremely disappointed in the culture of this company
