      Social committee and activities added some value

      Unrealistic expectations - promotes itself as the safest fleet in North America BUT they self-insure. You can hide a lot of accidents, log violations etc. being self-insured!

      Management is super toxic, micromanagement to a next level. Will treat you as servants. Too management are not even engineers or have a proper degree and they tell you how to get the work done. Too management is a monopoly, its a group, no matter what happens you are the one to pay the price. Asking for a raise is like a crime and management will start having a beef with you. HR is a joke and is just a management’s puppet.
