Job security is ok usually the incompetent are well "trained" in other words can't get fired. Some people (mostly coworkers) actually care about doing well

Cons

Pay is not at par for responsibility. Management is irresponsible, incompetent, doesn't listen or care about their employees (not like their banners say). Management is more concerned on steam rolling employees on new policy then thinking about their plans and objectives long term wise.
