      What I like most is the worker to worker relationship that is awesome. I am new but I already feel at home. Very unlike many places. I also love the fact that Bison takes safety serious which means they care a lot about my well being

      Home time when you want it. Great working atmosphere. The RIGHT TO DECIDE POLICY.

      Cons

      Being away from home. Weather. Kept in the dark as to work load for the next day. Just the same cons as for working for other companies.
