Pros

Competitive pay (but with low bonus), nice perks (team events, great pantry, remote work, flexible hours). Non-management staff is great and friendly. The Singapore office environment is awesome, it's a really tight group of friendly people, even though it's crumbling fast with efforts from HQ to "improve the culture".

Cons

The CEO ego is killing the company. He got himself surrounded by toxic managers with an incredible amount of politics going on. Spent all the company money and investment in a product no one wants or needs, but he would rather the company fails than admitting he was wrong.

Great Changes Made!!

Pros

The company has really turned the corner with the changes that have been made. The management staff is significantly better. Previous senior managers in the company lacked experience and leadership. Also, most of the negative employees that were bringing the company down has left. I feel like I am being heard now and those that didn't listen are gone. Thank you for the positive changes made!

Cons

We trimmed a lot of bad apples out which is good but that has caused a lack of resources now in being able to deliver everything we need.

Pros

- Excellent culture inside the company. Your co-workers treat you like close friends and are extremely talented and brilliant. - Free food and an excellent pantry (you can hardly ever find a better pantry in Singapore). Free breakfast and lots of snacks including beer! - Since the company is small, the work you do significantly affects the customers and you can see results real-time. You can take pride in writing code that's immediately going to be used by hundreds of people around the world. - The company is doing really well with an excellent revenue and is quite stable for the coming years - Better than average compensation compared with other companies in Singapore - Ability to work from home one day a week and also remote work from other countries

Cons

- They had a recent round of layoffs as can be seen from the other glassdoor reviews. Yes, this can be quite hard on the people who were let off, but that doesn't mean this is a bad company to work for. The company definitely has set a bad precedent by these rounds of layoffs but I believe they can build their trust back soon - Since the company is still quite small, can be pretty overwhelming to start work immediately and realise that you really need to put in lots of work. - Annual leave compensation could be better
