      -Well structured onboarding process -Supportive and knowledgeable team with clear guidance -Good exposure to the workflow( on Zendesk-well defined ticketing system, tools and KYC compliance) -Understood the accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining the work standards -Fast-paced environment that helps improve problem solving and communication skills -Role has helped me gain industry specific knowledge and improve my customer handling skills

      > listed on NASDAQ, ESOP for even employees with more junior experience > big expansion over the last few years in new business units, despite global economic growth > insurance benefits are exceptional at the moment - specialist coverage, GP and telemedicine, travel insurance for business trips, dependents are covered. A rarity in this day and age > young team that is quite driven. my department is generally helpful and I can learn from them > a lot of other benefits that isn't factored into base pay e.g. holiday allowance, health allowance > cross functional and corporate teams are quite supportive and helpful e.g. finance, HR, admin

      > lack of structure in terms of job grading structure. There's no consistency in job titles > no clarity in pay structure or pay equity > some teams seem to have it easier than others (e.g. work from home, shorter working hours) > performance management lacks KPIs and goal setting > lack of transparency e.g. when senior management leaves the company
