Pros
Bitdefender is a very nice place to work. The working program is flexible and the working environment is very professional. You can learn a lot of things and you work with the latest technologies. I have very smart colleagues and most of them are really cool guys. Bitdefender has a lot of projects with great potential and a very good AV technology. The atmosphere is relaxed, you can take a break whenever you want and nobody cares if you have to leave the office to solve some personal issues.
Cons
Despite the fact that the atmosphere is relaxed, the work itself is hard and stressful. I think that this is happening because nobody has certain directions for projects. Very often you have to guess which is your goal. Never had a personal review. There aren't any bonuses. The salary level is low if you consider the fact that Bitdefender has the best AV technology in the world. The salary is at the same level as national domain's average, but the effort is above.
