The company cares a lot about employees and helps them when in need For certain roles salaries are quite ok Salary and commissions are always paid on time Quite a lot of traveling before the pandemic.

Cons

Not receptive to ideas for change or improvement Very very slow in implementing better processes and tools Very difficult to promote in certain organizations The Company went through a lot of changes in the past 4 years

Humane and friendly treatment of employees Team spirit Understanding by the seniors and willing to help mindset Structured approach towards goals High technical level with a "let's do it but in a right and stable way" approach Vast amount of areas to chose to work on and study Many chances to learn and implement new things as well as understand how already implemented technology works As far as you have the passion and will to do something nobody will have a problem with that
