Pros

Lots of great, young colleagues. Started working right away on products that have global impact, 40 mil customers. Developed very interesting features for security solutions in a very competitive market.

Cons

Very low salary and untrained middle management. Spend 12 weekends in a row at work before a major release. Sometimes the product quality was sacrificed. I heard things are better now.
