I love working for Bitfocus! It is a positive company culture comprised of hard-working, smart motivated individuals who are always willing to help each other when needed. Everyone is passionate in what they do, and is a pleasure to work with.

Pros

Fully remote environment, passionate staff, constant improvements to working environment (recent massive increase in PTO, implementation of bonuses, and solid feedback loops), good culture, company cares about staff well-being and engagement, overall while I think there are places Bitfocus can improve, they're working on a lot of it and I like working here more than I've liked most of my past jobs.

Cons

Poor raises, no clarity (lol) about salary pay ranges so promotion benefits are unclear, no professional development opportunities, some teams are not diverse at all, no internal DEI department
