Pros

The people are incredible. Culture is a 10/10. A ton of flexibility and work/life balance. Compensation was strong. Benefits were top notch. A huge effort to communicate with the entire company on a regular basis, which is not the norm.

Cons

At times it felt like a bit of a mean girls club at the C-suite level that the prior CEO didn't address. Way too much managers.

used to be good place to work

Cons

Legacy projects are ridden with problems. The company tries to pivot but so far got abysmal result. New leadership is much needed. Even though I survived the recent layoffs, morale among employees is low, everyone's looking for the way out.
