- Appreciate the scrappy and creative vibe. It's unusual for a company that's over 10 years old! Even after all this time Bitly still feels like a young startup. - The company and the management are both maturing and growing in its outlook, and I feel proud and energized to be a part of that process. - The people are first-rate. Enthusiastic, clever, bright and kind. - Customers <3 Bitly. That kind of brand equity is hard to come by

Cons

- High rate of churn due to rapid management and strategy shifts. - Company has become lopsided with most resources going to the Sales org, meaning other departments are stretched way too thin. - Growing pains are, well, painful
