Relaxed culture. Hip company. Youthful company.

Cons

Heavy focus on sales. This could be a pro if you are in sales, and like the high-pressure/reward environment. However it feels like playing 2nd fiddle for non-sales people.

Pros

Everyone I speak to at Bitly is very excited about the product offering and the work that's gone into it. Management works hard to provide team building opportunities and fun things to do to enhance the young culture. Bitly feels very much like a startup even after 10 years but with a measured and wise reaction to its success.

Cons

I'd like more catered meals.
