Great colleagues and good PTO. The my days are great!

Cons

Consistent mismanagement and mismanagement. The compensation structure is lackluster at best for employees that are pushed hard to take on more work and then left with a minimum salary increase and a pat on the back. I’ve had a front row seat to watch a once great company, start going downhill fast.

Cons

Various rounds of "layoffs" with absolutely no respect for the person. Despite years being a part of the team and giving all to it, they just dismiss you while spending money on high level recruitment.
