      Pros

      Not much aside from the people.

      Cons

      Awful base pay and OTE compared to what comp plan demand. Every year we have a company wide survey and compensation is very poorly rated by employees. No one in leadership addresses it when they present results to team. Product releases are ok but are sometimes things that don't actually make things better for users. All in all I don't know if the company has a bright future. We were supposed to be public by now but my guess is we get PE acquired soon. Who knows.

      Pros

      I was lucky to have great immediate managers- others were not lucky

      Cons

      Monthly company meetings with all the right things said: "transparency" "exciting growth" "people first" it gets tiring hearing these recurring themes without believing in the leadership or projected results. Missed goals year after year leaves the teams wondering what is going to change to allow for growth and any positive momentum. I would not recommend Bitsight to any US peers looking for meaningful work with a vision and support from all levels of management.

      Pros

      Sales leadership team is great at reading spreadsheets and interpreting sales analytics data. They unfortunately have no clue what value their products offer the market.

      Cons

      Leadership is totally misaligned with the cybersecurity market as well as what their customers need. Totally disjointed go to market strategy. If you are seeking an opportunity to learn and grow, this is not the best choice.
