A database that is shared to all microservices, legacy, and no one has a real architecture vision. Product decisions go from lets do this, after a week they change their minds, and weeks are wasted

The company has an amazing culture and supports its people well in terms of work-life balance and other ways in which it drives engagement. HR does an outstanding job of creating incentives and opportunities to get plugged in to company culture. Tons of helpful people throughout the company. Very positive environment with lots of areas of growth and development.

The company is trying to do a ton of different things, which can sometimes be overwhelming, but because it's well established in various sectors and industries, this makes sense for it to expand its approach.
