      Pros

      Great work life balance. Moved to a twice a year evaluation. Great at adapting to remote work during pandemic, while offering safe options to go to the office in-person.

      Cons

      Could be more executive level diversity. Would love to see more women in management.

      Pros

      In my experience the engineering team and management at BitSight is top notch. I am constantly learning new things from a wide variety of co-workers. The engineering management is obviously striving to be customer and business focused but remain extremely technical and in touch with how engineering is done. It is a growing company in a new market segment (that BitSight effectively created), so there are so many opportunities ahead. At BitSight you really have the chance to help define what the future of the company looks like and have a direct impact on the company's impact in the marketplace.

      Cons

      The company seems pretty conservative financially, and as such the compensation appears a bit under market.
