Great work-life balance with room for communication improvement
Pros
Bitsight has been a great place to work, I think that there is great work life balance. It is a very safe space to ask questions and learn from senior leadership. I have encountered great colleagues and a great effort to maintain healthy relationships between colleagues (we are all big fans of team building activities!) There is always chance to ask questions and feedback about performance and career paths as well as mentorship programs which are great for networking and learning of different areas. The compensation package besides the salary is great - Portugal specifically includes gym memberships, psychology appointments, financial advisory, etc.
Cons
-Compensation increases can be challenging sometimes. -Working with a multinational team can also be challenging sometimes when it comes to calendars and team meetings. -Leadership can improve their communication on broader org targets
