The work environment is highly toxic, starting with the executive team and trickling down through senior management — particularly in the marketing department. Leadership frequently operates through fear, micromanagement, and favoritism rather than competence or collaboration. The head of marketing fosters a hostile atmosphere and is known for demeaning and dismissive behavior, which creates an unhealthy and unproductive team dynamic.
