- creating a market so lots of room to have an impact - great people --- literally no jerks! - very open and transparent culture with access to any leader, anytime.

Cons

- things change fast and if you are remote, can be hard to keep up - sometimes feels like sales and marketing are more reactive than strategic -- needs to improve here - hard to find opportunities to advance at times

Priorities constantly change which results in a lot of stress. it feels like a sales driven culture where not enough resources given too Engineering...

The front end community at bitsight is extremely strong and growing. It is most definitely THE place you want to be in either in portugal or in the states. - There are weekly front end meetings. - Anyone can share just about anything front end related, etc. - Top management - Feel like you belong and know where you are headed

Cons

- Some core features of the company remain only in the states - A bit lower salaries compared to the rest of the market
