      The company lets you work remotely. The people are very nice. We get "My Days," which are extra vacation days for our mental health.

      The salary could always be higher.

      Customer support from home. BitSight strives to empathise with customers, therefore majority of customer interactions are positive ones. Easy to work with management/relatable.

      Not an easy product. Dedication and persistence needed for adaptation into the role and the actual product.
