      Pros

      Leadership supports employees working on creative solutions to problems and gives full ownership willingly. If you like seeing your efforts bear fruit, Bitwarden is a great place for you! Bitwarden has also really embraced an open-source derived sense of transparency, meaning that it's easy to find out what's happening on different teams and get involved.

      Cons

      Bitwarden has tripled in size in the last year; growing pains exist (but realistically are to be expected).

      - Super supportive - Psychologically safe culture (very important!) - Growth Mindset - Fully remote (if you're into remote work) - Startup (if you like to get in on the ground level and help build process)

      The company is very supportive of its employees by ensuring employees are free to use their experience and expertise to ensure the company grows and prospers.

      Cons

      The company is 100% remote. You must be prepared to work in a remote environment. Employees need to be able to communicate and collaborate with their colleagues.
