Pros
- PTO is great. - Benefits are good. - Off every other Friday.
Cons
- Salary is below market. - "On the job training" is not really on the job training. Was trained in something that I never applied once I worked on client project. - Lack of communication from Support and Apprentices is something that has to change. - Support is not transparent and afraid of delivering bad news. They like to deliver the good news. It's like a "Toxic Positivity". - If you are new to tech this is the program for you, but if you have some experience I would avoid it.
