Later, when assigned on project we had no computer allocated for one and half month.
Also, the Manager promised to give development work after some time, but when I started working I was given manual testing. I didn't use any specified testing tool present in the market.
After 10 months of internship, I was allocated to different project and asked for self training. Even after completing the training, they did not assign any work. And then after 2 months they removed me at the end of my Internship. If they wanted to remove, why change the project and waste the employees time.
Due to this I learned little to nothing in my Internship period after coming from such a prestigious college.
The HR while visiting the campus said it is internship cum placement. Although it was mentioned in the offer letter that interns would be made permanent based on performance and company requirement. But, they discontinued 95% interns at such a short notice of 7 days in this pandemic.
If you want to leave during the probation period, you have to serve notice period of 3 months, but they informed us that we will not be continuing the employment just one week before the end of probation period. This has damaged us a lot as we were left with no time to search for other companies. They should have informed us at least one month prior.
DON'T FALL FOR THE SUGAR COATED LIES THAT HR TELL WHILE THEY VISIT YOUR CAMPUS.
They will show the PPT of Bitwise logo and tell us how different they are, but it's nothing so.
While campus recruitment , the HR said that interns would have one month training and then would be directly assigned to live projects with niche technologies, but some of the intern were on bench for entire year.
