Pros
All depends on assigned client. From bitwise you only get salary and mediclaim for yourself and some trainings.
Cons
Layoffs are happening every now and then buy they give time before layoff. Like when your projects gets completed or client going through the cost cuts. If they release you then bitwise have a hard time assigning you tk new project.
