Promised the world --- Received something MUCH different. Its a "newer' company... Meaning they have been around since 2001... and they have gone through numerous growth spurts only to lay people off. - Red Flag number 1. The Managers are mediocre at best. the "Managers" are running by the seat of their pants hoping that things will work out. there is no real plan in place. - Red Flag number 2 Work Life balance is non existent. It is expected that you work a min of 50 hours a week. No questions asked.- Red Flag number 3 My advice is to avoid any job offer from this company.. try to get employed with a more established firm. Biznet Software has had since 2001 to figure out the business model and it still hasn't happened. Please be careful with this company.
