Despite hard work and good performance, there is no pay raises or bonuses. Working with outdated equipment is a necessity. To receive even slightly better equipment, one must curry favor with the managers.

1. Micromanaging performed by CEO alone killing the company 2. Very typical top-down approach in literally everything. 3. Politics. And this company has about 60 employees. 4. The only welfare existed is now gone. (no more working from home) 5. No future career unless you are engaged R&D deep 6. You will have to consider working at night whenever you are called. 7. No expressions, feedbacks, nor opinions shall be passed to the CEO. 8. You vote. But final decision is made by CEO alone regardless of vote result. 9. Not so competitive salary
