Great company culture, awesome product, good work/life balance, free food and lunches, parking stipend.

Pros

Super flexible. You want something done, go do it. Need something? go get it. There is not much hand holding here, but if you'd like some guidance be sure to ask and they'll be more than happy to help.

Cons

Since there is not a lot of oversight, abusing this system is easy. Since there's not a lot of guidance it can be hard to know which direction we're going if you do not ask or speak up.
