- Mass layoffs in 2022. I would not feel comfortable working for Bizzabo at the moment for fear of losing your job - The laughable 1-weeks' severance pay was insulting and showed how much the company values its employees. I would have felt less insulted if they gave no severance at all. - The platform has frequent issues, resulting is unhappy customers and high customer turnover rates

The product. When it worked, it was excellent, but this was about 15% of the time. Bugs, latency issues, and crashes happened on a regular basis and most of our time was spent apologizing to customer and churning accounts instead of growing them. Leadership was made up of good people with (I'm sure) the best intentions, but never felt like they were making smart decisions that benefited the business.
