Pros

True start up vibe- lots of dynamic roles that you can hold even as you are assigned to a specific job. This let's you grown in many fields during your time there. Friendly environment- the people truly make the difference in any work place, these are all top class individuals who do become somewhat like a second family when you work there. Opportunity- there is lots of opportunity here in terms of personal growth and career wise as this company is expanding.

Cons

It depends on your personality- but this is not just 9-5 you are accountable for you tasks sometimes at non conventional working hours.

In addition to the amazing product with great potential to make it big, I have the opportunity to be part of a group of amazing people in all roles. The combination of flexibility, autonomy, awesome people and awsome product makes this place an incredible work environment. We are in growing path which means there are always new opportunities and challenges around the corner

Cons

As in any startup company we're facing frequent changes and need to adjust fast. As in any startup company we need to work in hectic and uncertain environment and we have our own growing pains. I doesn't fit everyone.
