It is a beautiful idea and concept to assemble so many mission driven folks towards the goal of ending HIV transmission.
Cons
From day 1 there was no structure provided and it became very clear that it was a very "every person for themselves" type of environment. There was very little collaborative engagement. I went 3 years without meeting anyone from the Board, and when I finally did they brought chaos and tacky behavior with them. My final straw was when a male Board Member continued to mock homeless folk and trans women while in a meeting with Staff.
