I'm extremely biased, but I think BAI was a good organization to work for, especially for people who want to blend public health, advocacy, and social justice. The organization has only gotten better and reached new heights under the new President and CEO
Cons
The organization is small with many diverse pressures and demands. They continue to have to "fight above their weight" without needed support and resources.
