On time salary but don't know for how long.

Cons

Toxic work culture and no value for employees well being Strict timings and 9 hours work. Non flexible work timings. You will feel like you have went back to your school days Non focused projects and leadership is highly bad No clarity on work and hiding information from each other. I don't know how they are still in business.
